Our services: Precision and reliability are our criteria when manufacturing your components. We work with the latest milling technologies with integrated simulations and testing routines when creating CNC programs. With our 3 and 5-axis machines, we can cover production areas of 1000 x 800 x 720 mm and comply with tolerances down to micrometers. Our knowledge is based on years of experience with CAD & CAM data. Classic 3-axis processing through to simulated 5-axis machining enables us to implement your design data without errors. The direct transfer of data guarantees accurate and error-free production. Continuous quality assurance and testing is a matter of course for us. With our lathes, we produce precise and sophisticated turned parts individually and according to your specifications and drawings as individual parts, in small or medium-sized series — with short delivery times and consistently high quality. Materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastic and brass are mainly processed. The turned parts are machined on the most modern CNC lathes from DMG and Weiler. We are also happy to carry out the subsequent surface treatment and complete assembly of the components for you. We produce parts up to 380 mm in diameter and a turning length of 510 mm. Continuous quality assurance and testing is a matter of course for us.
