The main services related to our business include: Plastics processing (injection method) Production of injection molds Due to the wide machine park (CNC machine tools / Injection molding machines), we serve clients comprehensively, thanks to which we can carry out the creative process from the initial concept through the final product and serial production. The industries we mainly produce for are: Automotive (Renault Group, PSA, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Ford, Audi), household appliances he company CNC Technika specializes in CAD design and production of plastic injection molds and pressure molds for ZnAl castings. We also carry out orders in the field of machining on CNC machine tools. Our technological capabilities are: - vertical CNC centers - maximum range 2000x1000mm - CNC lathe - maximum diameter 250mm, length 800mm - CNC sinking EDM - range 900x700mm - CNC wire EDM - range up to 400mm - deep drilling - up to 1500mm - sandblasting During the production of molds, we also have the option of performing tests on injection molding machines We also carry out orders for production on plastic injection molding machines (outsourcing). Our machine park is a modern injection molding machines of well-known manufacturers such as Battenfeld, Haitian with clamping force from 50 to 800 tons. We offer drilling deep holes up to 1500 mm on a specialized CNC machine tool dedicated to this type of operation. Deep drilling is carried out using barrel drills with internal cooling, which ensures high accuracy of the hole. The holes are made perpendicularly and at an appropriate angle to the drilling plane.
