Who we are
CREATEAM3D SRL is a Belgian company specialized in FDM additive manufacturing and the subcontracting of custom technical parts for professional and industrial customers. We manufacture functional prototypes, non-metallic mechanical parts, replacement parts, jigs and fixtures, tooling, supports, enclosures, technical components, as well as small and medium production runs. Our production facility currently operates 8 FDM 3D printers, allowing us to distribute production across multiple machines and efficiently handle both one-off parts and series production. Our maximum build volume is 350 × 350 × 350 mm. We work with technical materials including PA-CF, PETG, ASA, ABS, TPU, PLA and technical PLA, selecting the appropriate material according to the application and project requirements. Standard dimensional tolerance: ±0.3 mm, depending on part geometry, dimensions and material. Functional dimensions and specific tolerance requirements are reviewed before production. We accept STEP, STL, 3MF, OBJ, SVG, AMF and GLB files and can perform manufacturability analysis and quotation directly from the technical data provided. CREATEAM3D supports companies from prototyping and product development through to the production of functional parts and small series, with a strong focus on flexibility, responsiveness and production quality.
