Who we are
Vanguard (Cubiq ) is a Romanian manufacturing partner for sheet metal processing, welded assemblies and complete metal components for customers across the EU. We support prototypes, single parts, small batches and medium series. Our production capabilities include laser cutting, plasma cutting on a Swift-Cut machine with waterbed, press brake bending, MIG/MAG welding, TIG/WIG welding, grinding, finishing and powder coating. We manufacture parts and assemblies based on DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF drawings, technical sketches or sample parts. We can deliver individual cut parts, bent components, welded structures and finished powder-coated assemblies. Materials processed include steel, stainless steel, Hardox / wear-resistant steel, Corten steel / COR-TEN steel and aluminium. Our typical work includes brackets, frames, housings, covers, panels, structural components, outdoor metal products, industrial parts, metal furniture components and custom welded assemblies. As an EU-based partner, we offer competitive production costs, flexible communication, fast quotation, practical manufacturing feedback and export-ready packaging for delivery to Germany, Austria, Italy and other EU countries.
