Who we are
Cuhadaroglu was established in 1954 and first production was steel doors and windows. In 1960s Cuhadaroglu started one of the first aluminium curtain walls, structural facade, door &Windows, automatic doors applications, in building industry in Turkey. It is again first company who was awarded with Qualicoat and Qualanod certificates and one of the first, who had ISO9000 quality certificate in Turkey. It has also some innovations on profiles and systems. Company has launched some aluminium profile security systems such as; fire resistant, bullet proof doors and windows, blast resistant facade system profiles. This pioneering mission continues since the beginning. Cuhadaroglu group consists of 10 companies which are mainly active in aluminium sector. Thanks to its unique production facility, Cuhadaroglu is well known for its integrated manufacturing plant on the 45,000 sqm area. Designing, die production for aluminium profile, extrusion, surface treatment, fabrication, packaging and testing facilities are done in the same area. Company has a great reputation for its high quality and sophisticated solutions. Especially the experience in building sector enables company to make superior designing, state of art both architectural and structural applications. Company uses high quality technology and materials and always cooperates with the world’s leading smelters and producers. It has extrusion capacity of 20.000 tonnes/year with four presses ranging from 700 (with 5 inch billet) to 4000 MT (with 10 inch billet). Extruded aluminium profiles are provided to the various industrial applications such as; aircraft (Aircraft interior cabin), transportation (A plus Alcan mass transportation supplier), automotive, air conditioning, furniture, heating and solar, machinery, advertising, building etc. Cuhadaroglu offers an integrated service beginning from designing, aluminium profiles system production , fabrication (CNC controlled cutting, milling and drilling etc.), surface treatments (powder coating and anodizing) in international standards. Company also gives a consultancy to its world wide clients for their solutions both for; extrusion, fabrication, applications on profiles and buildings. It has also facility of automatic doors (automatic sliding, curved sliding, revolving doors) assembling and production, profile accessories production (hinge, handles), branded aluminium and glass Doors &Windows accessories. Cuhadaroglu products are used in four continents (France, Ireland, Germany, Nederland, Denmark, Pacific Islands, India, Balkans, Russia, North Africa, Middle Eastern and Central Eastern Asian countries). DescriptionWe would like to inform you, that our company is manufacturing special aluminium profiles for hydraulic pumps, in alloy 6082 T6.
With our special heat treatment ovens and process, we can achieve a hardness up to 120 Brinell on 6082 alloy, which is used as hydraulic pump bodies by our customers, without any problem up to 220 Atm pressure.
