Who we are
Our team consists of experienced staff Our company has implemented a TÜV-certified quality system for welding works in accordance with the requirements of the SIST EN ISO 3834-2 standard. The supervision of the implementation of the quality system of welding work and welding is carried out by the IWE welding engineer – welding coordinator and the production manager, who has also completed the specialization for the IWE welding engineer. In the company, we ensure that we procure high-quality input materials with appropriate certificates for production, perform control of input materials upon delivery, and ensure proper handling and traceability of input materials. The same applies to additional materials.. In accordance with the quality system, we carry out regular periodic inspections of welding and other equipment and calibration of measuring instruments at authorized organizations within the prescribed time limits. Visual, measurement and non-destructive tests are carried out in-house or in an authorized laboratory for non-destructive tests at SIJ Ravne Systems. After a successful final inspection, our products are properly packed to prevent damage during transport.
