Who we are
We produce / work on following working steps for our costumers:
stamping, chipping, nipping, cutting, welding, spot-welding, stud welding, swaging. If contract production or completely executed modules, we supply and manufacture Germany- and Europe-wide.
We manufacture following materials:
Stainless steel: 1.4301, 1.4016, 1.4571
Aluminium: Al99,5%; AlMg3; AlMg5; AlMgSi 0,5; AlMgSi 1,0
Steel: DC01; sheets S235, S355
Galvanized plates: DX51D
Copper
We are supported by our up to date machine park with cnc punching machines, sheet metal benders and presses as well as our plate shears, hole punches and steel profile shears made by well known companies like Schechtl, Boschert, Muhr and Bender.
In addition we dispose of own certified products in the photovoltaic segment, especially aerodynamic mounting systems for flatt roofs, that represent our main competence in this area. Furthermore we manufacture special mouldings, cble channels and mounting parts of different kind.
We manufacture from small-scale series to big orders, project-related or to stock. High quality planning and industrial engineering is guaranteed by our engineers, our highly motivated production personnel is at your daily disposal.
