FOR A BETTER FUTURE PRODUCTION WITH SUPERIOR QUALITY At the beginning of the 1900’s, the hot forging and water mill establishment and operation activities made by our grandfathers continued until the 1950s. Subsequently, the establishment and operation of diesel flour mills, the production of axles for oxcarts, and the production of water pumps working by hand and horse continued. After the 1960’s, our activities in the maintenance-repair and manufacturing of spare parts of gasoline and diesel water engines, maintenance-repair and spare parts of motor vehicles, turning and welding work continued until the 1990s. Our company was transformed into a Limited Company with a restructuring in 1994 and the manufacturing program was emphasized. Değirmencı increased its product range with the commissioning of the first CNC machine in 1995. In 1998, it moved to its factory with a closed area of 1800 m² on a 13.500 m² land, with a social facility and an administrative part, and later switched from individual production (semi-serial/serial) manufacturing system. In the following years, keeping up with the developing market conditions, it increased the number of CNC machines and expanded its production capacity. Our company has started ISO 9001:2000 training studies by going through a new structure within its body as of January 2004 and became a Joint Stock Company in May 2004. MILLER AUTOMOTIVE AND METAL IND. Inc. Since November 2011, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 system studies have accelerated. As of 2012, it has been entitled to receive ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certificates. In 2018, it accelerated its efforts to revise the ISO 13485:2016 certificate by obtaining ISO 13485:2012 and ISO 9001:2015 certificates. MILLER AUTOMOTIVE AND METAL IND.
