Who we are
For more than 20 years, we have been one of the most sought-after experts in thermal elastomers in the Stuttgart area. Well connected in the midst of a flourishing economic region in which many automotive and mechanical engineering companies have settled, we are the first choice for our customers, which are often located all over the world, when it comes to parts that are manufactured using injection molding or injection stamping processes. Quality is our top priority; we are not satisfied with anything less than perfection — as economically and quickly as possible, of course. This is achieved through a concentrated load of practice-based expertise and continuous increases in productivity at all, even supposedly subordinate positions. Plastic injection molding is an extremely wide field that hardly anyone fully covers. Based on the weight of the parts, we produce anything between 0.1 and 600 grams, using all common plastics, primarily polyurethane and polyamide. We are extremely flexible when it comes to processes: In addition to standard single-component injection molding, PU injection molding and plastic-metal connections. We also pay particular attention to the optimization of tools and processes.
