Who we are

Our company name, Model and produce of forms, one thinks, that we only models produce, but the models produce is only one part of our offer. We adapted to the individualized customer requirements and extended our offer in the last 10 years very much. I would like to present our far offer spectrum here only briefly to you, if you permit. An emphasis our activity are laser weld and cuts. Here we make series, small series and unique pieces. Like e.g. laser cut of segments made of High-grade steel and parts or segments made of steel and aluminium plates or the 3D cut from construction units. Or like the 3D laser welding of building groups made of steel or aluminium parts, like e.g. housings or building groups. Our customers are e.g. automobile suppliers and metal enterprise, like the machine producer. We operate our classical field of activity, the support during of the product development, particularly in the produce of the prototypes, further operate in a extended form. The fast manufacture from new or changed construction units, Design models, test models, test objects or functional parts, which in small number of parts are needed and in products for the customer or for testing and are inserted for a construction units, belonged to our offer. Clips, laminates, armature boards, also plastic and aluminium parts for Seats, covers, grasp, flange, attachments or housing and much more from plastic, wood, aluminium or other not iron of metals. Our largest customers within this range are car manufacturers. They see a very broad spectrum which we offering and that are not yet everything. Within the plastic range we continue to offer, small series and special productions, on basis of rapidly prototyping (FDM), low pressure injection moulding (RIM), laminating technology and casting technology. This range is interesting for enterprises the one very much individualized product offer offers or if the preparation of series tools too unprofitable for the number of items. We offer a flexible, fast and more economical alternative. In these ranges our customers are e.g. equipment manufacturers or suppliers and machine-builders. In the forms-, gauges- and tool- construction we produce e.g. first models, foundry models, silicone forms but also, pulling plants, devices, as well as stamp and knocking tools. In the model construction we continue to offer the preparation of individual units, small series and unique pieces or - parts, from wood, plastic and aluminium to range for the equipment goods-, designer-, model-, Interior-. Those are e.g. ready for use parts, units or segments, which are not manufactured due to its individual form and smaller number of items in series, since the expenditure for it is too large. When mostly CAD data serves basis, from which in our technique centres the individual products develop. Around precision and quality to determine, we offer Measuring logging and - data at the end.
