Who we are

The GDP teeth GmbH was established in November 1999 in Birkenfeld - founded Gräfenhausen. Mr. Bernd Dittler - Managing - and his team were from the beginning a reliable partner of major customers in the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, and in particular the supply industry of gears. Since 2001, the production capacity by moving to Straubenhardt-Feldrennach in the 300 square meter production hall and further investments in production machinery has been steadily expanded. In addition to racks, splines and spline shafts, gears, spur gears and sprockets, we also manufacture all types of profiles. Our services include the manufacture of prefabricated parts or from raw material to the finished workpiece according to drawings, DIN or pattern. The production of individual parts is possible to small series. Grind In our grinding we can process many grinding operations of surface grinding or cylindrical grinding on conventional machines. Groove With our Nutenstoß, Nutenzieh and Nutenräummaschinen we keyways, multiple groove, as well as square and hexagonal grooves can edit. Also poking Sacklochnuten is possible in our home. Welding In our house we also offer arc welding. This includes of course to the TIG welding (tungsten inert gas), MIG (metal inert gas) and MAG welding (metal active gas). Quality assurance For the control of production and final inspection, we use a spatially separated measurement space. With a 3-coordinate measuring machine, we review the 3D dimensional stability so that we ensure an ongoing quality control. Dimensional accuracy and precision in every detail are just as important as high repeatability in serial production.
