The dmb Metal Processing GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1992. Today, the company specializes in individual deliveries of assemblies of metal for the automotive, electrical, furniture and fittings industry, and mechanical engineering. Activity: - Project Management - Construction - Prototype production - Tool - Welding components and sheet metal parts - Surface finishing We realize for you to modern manufacturing equipment: - Metal moldings, - Safety components, - Assemblies and - Complex bending parts. Modern high-performance machine tools and a skilled workforce are the basis for flexibility, productivity and quality. Our in-house-house tool design and build for you: - Follow-on composite tools - Welding devices - Sequence of steps and tools - Additions and mounting devices. Quality is not just the result of a monitoring function, but the result of continuous value improvement and planning ahead. Our quality assurance department is working with: - 3D CNC measuring machines, - Train, Druckuniversalprüfmaschinen, - Measuring microscope, - Coating Thickness Gauge, - Ultrasonic thickness gauge, - Hardness testers as well as - Weld inspection.
