The extensive range of types of rolling specialists from Krefeld ranges from cooling drums on heating, cooling and calender rolls up to central cylinders for the flexographic printing industry. Whether made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum or special materials, whether hardened, chrome-plated, spray coated or rubberized - D & S is in the world of the rolls at home. Drink & Schlössers supplies various industries: from the printing and paper, textile and plastics technology over the wood processing to confectionery and food industry. Today, central pressure cylinders are manufactured as welded steel construction in any desired surface finish of up to 4200 mm diameter and concentricity tolerances up to 5μ. Overhaul and repair of rolling Zapf workup / exchange, bearings repairs Sanding and recoating of worn surfaces Implementation of recurrent pressure monitors technical acceptance Inventory scan Flow test and flushing of clogged cooling and heating rolls Dynamic balancing in up to three levels, up to a diameter of 5000 mm Subcontracting on rotationally symmetrical components (rollers, shafts, axles, shafts fans, turbine rotor, fan wheels, worm shafts).
