Who we are
We produce individual sheet metal components up to finished assemblies according to your requirements. Design and development of individual parts and assemblies with testing of the technical manufacturing feasibility. Creation of production documents and drawings. Laser cutting of sheet metal with a thickness of 0.5mm to 25mm and up to a size of 3000mm x 1500mm with a very high accuracy. Laser cutting of tubes with a wall of up to 12 mm, an outside diameter of up to 400 mm and a maximum length of 3000 mm. Bending of sheet metal with a thickness of 0.1 mm to 10 mm, optionally also marking-free edging on request. Thread cutting (blind hole, right-hand and left-hand thread) M3-M16, reaming, attaching Ensat thread inserts. Welding with water-cooled impulse welding system for materials such as steel, stainless steel and aluminum with MIG/MAG or TIG welding processes. Grinding/deburring and rounding edges of CNC-cut laser, stamping and plasma parts up to a thickness of 63mm. Optical and tactile measurement of components up to a size of 400 mm (length) x 200 mm (width) x 200 mm (height) including measurement report.
