Who we are
We are a new, young team, but experienced, old hands in eroding, tool, mold and machine. The result is the team with the acquisition of equipment, technology and the know how of the company Gmür Wire EDM. Our location is in Südthurgau, in 8362 Balterswil, in Stickereistrasse 17th We carry out wire, EDM Drill EDM work. For this we have the appropriate equipment, tools, devices and technologies. We can machine workpieces during wire EDM with dimensions of 1100 x 725 x 650 and weighing 800kg. The paths are X450, Y320, Z350 and Konik 30 °. In EDM, the workpieces 400 x 450 and a weight of 500kg can currently a size of 500 x have. The traverse amount X350 Y250, Z450 and C 360 °. We have very big experience in the field of gears and special materials. Other specializations are planned. We produce individual parts, prototypes and small and medium series. Of course, additional services in the field of machining, assembly and surface finishing are possible at any time.
