dtm rotating technology measured kirch is recognized as a reliable supplier
of turning and milling parts in materials such as steel, aluminum, stainless steels,
Ferrous metals, plastics and super alloys such as Monel, Hastelloy,
Inconel and titanium.

Production:
With advanced machinery and equipment, combined with stable process flows, we present a cost-effective production and ensure the highest quality standards.
Our machinery includes:
* CNC-controlled lathes to 9 axes with feeding systems for man arms manufacturing, bar turned parts passage from 5 to 65 mm in diameter and Chuck parts up to 180mm.
* CNC machining centers with 5 axes for optimal processing of small batches.
Finishing options such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, etc., where we can also edit extrusion, stamping and deep drawn parts very precisely machined.
The production capacities are planned over the PPS system, the production efficiency is continuously monitored via MDE and graphical planning board.
To program a 3D programming system is used which allows the import of CAD data.
