Who we are
Dubbini Group combines the history started in 1989 by the Dubbini brothers, expert creators of molds specialized in the molding sector, with the know-how and multi-year experience of Luca Vaccarini, expert in single-material and dual-material injection molding, co-molding, white molding, production line management, and design/construction/maintenance of single-material, dual-material, and co-molding molds. Today, we are available for molding services of plastic products with different additive fillers such as PA6, ABS, PC/ABS, PC, PMMA, polystyrene, polyethylene, and polyurethane TPU. The existing machinery, combined with a highly qualified staff, allows us to offer our services throughout the national territory to clients from the most diverse production areas, such as automotive or electronics. The perfect combination of experience and expertise now enables Dubbini Group to support clients with new, cutting-edge services and solutions capable of meeting today's and tomorrow's needs. SERVICES From idea to finished product Dubbini Group is able to manage the entire order, from feasibility and criticality analysis of technical features of small and medium-sized parts, to mold manufacturing up to molding, including any assembly. Design The technical office is available to carry out product design thanks to the use of state-of-the-art software that allows us to understand the real feasibility of the request by the client. Sampling and prototyping From the initial idea, following a thorough analysis of the part to be manufactured, we are able to create samples and test prototypes before starting the production cycle. Plastic Injection Molding We specialize in the injection molding of various plastics, depending on the type of additives present, such as PA6, ABS, PC/ABS, PC, PMMA, polystyrene, polyethylene, and polyurethane TPU. Quality Control With the aim of maximum customer satisfaction, before delivering the requested products, we carry out a careful manual quality control on randomly sampled parts. Transport Based on customer requirements, we can handle direct delivery in the area or entrust the transport to specialized companies, strictly adhering to the agreed schedules. Press Fleet Currently, we have 14 presses of various sizes, ranging from the Babyplast to 210 tons.
