We offer highly complex custom geometries, including cylindrical, single flange, double flange, barreled, teethed flange, or threaded designs with front-face knurling options. Steering & Suspension Components: High-performance steering and suspension ball studs (SBJ and OBJ ball studs), shock absorber upper and lower pins, stabilizer link ball studs, and housings. Our advanced cold-formed designs are engineered for electric vehicles (EVs) to reduce unsprung mass and withstand high fatigue under cyclic loads.
