We are able to handle small and medium-size sheets up to a thickness of 6 mm 2 punch or punch-laser combination. Here both spouts and threads can be formed. The combination of punching and laser embossing and round shapes are possible. On 3 brakes sheets can be up to 2.50 m folded or folded. When pressing both screws, bolts or the nuts are pressed at high pressure into the sheet metal part, thus creating a tight connection. Thus, a quick and easy processing can be guaranteed by the assembly. Additional processing steps such as welding, spot welding, grinding, deburring, threading, etc. are also carried out by us. In addition to the surface finish we also offer still on the pad printing and assembly of components. What options do we have for your task, ask us .. Powder coating The surface treatment may be performed on three powder coating systems. For your surfaces, the environmentally friendly powder coating technology is a durable and contemporary solution. By appropriate design of our coating systems, we are able to cover a wide range of coating parts. We are able to coat both small series and large series economical. We can respond with our own frame work to the needs of our customers and ensure efficient production especially in large series of small articles.
