Who we are
about us With the name LH (later ELHA), which is composed of the abbreviation for "Liemke Hövelhof", a company for the manufacture of machine tools for the wood and metal processing industry emerged around 1930 from an electrical trade. Today we are known for tailor-made machining centers, special machines and production modules. Many industries, including slewing bearing manufacturers, automobile manufacturers and their suppliers trust our experience and competence in the development and implementation of highly productive machining processes as well as the design and manufacture of mostly metal-cutting machine tools and turnkey solutions. Our 240 employees work responsibly on the constant improvement of product and service quality in order to guarantee reliability and maintainability.
