Who we are
We specialized in aluminum Kippgießteile their specialized piece weights in the range of approximately 10 g are up to 100 kg. The large volume Kippgießteile with dimensions up to 1.5 m in length are manufactured in Germany. The wage-intensive products are manufactured at competitive prices in our new plant in Hungary. A variety of products we supply finished in all common remelting and hut alloys. For years we have been supplying reputable clients in the areas of the vehicle, drive line, machine and plant construction. Likewise, we manufacture manufacturer of electric motors, awnings, exterior lighting and industrial scales. This is mostly to various gear housing or drive housing and motor flanges, cover and cylinder with high technical requirements. The unit weights of these products are in the range of about 1 to 100 empty kg, we have specialized in large-volume Kippgießteile. DescriptionDer Geräteträger, welcher seinen Einsatz in einem vollautomatischen medizinischen Analysegerät findet, wurde vorher als Sandgußteil bezogen. Die Gewichtsersparnis bei der Umstellung von Sandguß auf Kokillenguß lag bei 6,3 kg, entspricht 17,6 %.

Magnetgehäuse
DescriptionDas abgebildete DB-Magnetgehäuse wird im Bahnbau eingesetzt und zählt mit seinen Abmaßen zweifelsfrei zu den großen Kokillengussteilen. Bei derartig langen Fließwegen kommt hierfür nur ein Kippgießverfahren in Frage. Ein konventionelles Verfahren (Schwerkraft) ist wegen des deutlich höheren Kreislaufanteils weniger wirtschaftlich. Trotz der langen Fließwege und der zahlreichen Massenanhäufungen (große Wandstärkenunterschiede) ist eine Dichtspeisung der noch zu bearbeitenden Bereiche gelungen.
