About ENGINEERING AND MACHINING PRECISION
Who we are
Engineering and Machining precision is specialized in manufacturing and design of mechanical products which based on the use of CNC machine tools (8 Machining Centers, 2 CNC Lathes), as well as precision metal construction (Welding capacity: SMAW, MIG, TIG, ...), (20 welding stations Fronius), (Polishing equipment, sandblasting units, painting units, assembly units). EMP is EN9100 V2016 certified. We have a high skilled and young team able to understand and to meed the higest level of customers expectation upon all standards of manufacturing and construction (ASME, ASTM, GE standards, RR standard....) and we are able to work with all kind of material both imperial & metric. Today EMP have a good reference in flying part with AIRBUS Tier 2 and OEM (Engines) Licencies for Engine tooling & Ground Support Equipment . The main programs reference are: A380, XWB, LEAP 1A, LEAP 1B....... The excellent Geostrategic location of Tunisia allow EMP to get order from all the world and export to any country with a good lead time. The Team is around 200 Peoples most of them high Graduated with international qualifications. EMP have a perfect IT system to manage and control of all processes in real time.The Company headquarter in based in Tunis city (Near the the main Airport), we have a milling site in the same area and the construction activities is based in Sfax within 3 production sites.
