Who we are
Eray Madeni Eşya is a contract manufacturer for sheet metal components and assemblies, based in Ankara (Ostim industrial zone), Turkey. We supply European OEMs, machine builders and furniture/equipment manufacturers with precision parts from a single source: fiber laser cutting, CNC press brake bending, laser/TIG/MAG welding, electrostatic powder coating and final assembly. Our in-house machine park includes a Durmazlar HD-F 3015 fiber laser (3000 × 1500 mm bed), an ADS 3135 CNC press brake and a Senfeng laser welding system. We process mild steel (DC01/St37), galvanized and stainless sheet, with a focus on thin to medium gauges (0.8–20 mm). Drawings are prepared in SolidWorks and nested in Lantek, so we work directly from your STEP/DXF files and deliver repeatable quality from prototype quantities to series production. Our background is in medical and dental furniture manufacturing (cabinets, carts, workbenches), where fit, surface finish and dimensional consistency are critical. We bring the same standards to every contract job. With a German sister company (AVIOR GmbH, Cologne) handling EU-side logistics, invoicing and communication, European customers get Turkish cost efficiency with a local point of contact.
