ABOUT US In January 2020, in Istanbul, Eroğlu Kalıp Metal San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. has been established. We manufacture metal injection and plastic injection molds using hot work tool steels and plastic tool steels. We mainly serve the Automotive, White Goods, Electrical-Electronics sectors. By equipping our facility with advanced technology CNC machinery and equipment, we aim to carry out the design and production stages with great care with a staff who are experts in their fields, experienced and know the technology closely. our vision To ensure that quality is adopted and developed as a company policy based on customer satisfaction. In the Turkish Economy of our company; To make our position in our sector permanent by constantly developing and growing in our fields of activity in parallel with the developing technologies by adhering to the principles of business life, business ethics and business culture. Our Mission To provide products and services that will create value beyond customer expectations in line with our company and our quality targets, to be an exemplary and pioneering organization in the sector. DESIGN We aim to manage the design process in line with their requests and opinions, always in communication with our customers. Performing kinematic and dynamic analysis in CAD environment in order to anticipate and resolve the problems that may occur before manufacturing We aim to achieve the best result by combining our experience in gating system design, customer expectations and injection molding analysis program.
