About ERREPI
Who we are
We have been working in the electromechanic and industrial and civil electrotechnic sector, automotive sector, electric appliances components for heating systems, windows and shelves etc. since 1972 shearing and pressing cold plates to realize finished metal parts according to technical project and drawings of our customers, we study, project and realize all the necessary toolings to stamp the parts.
Now in order to be more competive we invested in new machines to automatized our production and we are organized for automatic working for big series but we can work small quantities too.
Our machine parc includs:
AUTOMATIZED MULTI-THREADING
MACHINES
Capacity to thread up to 50 holes
simultaneously with SCREW up to M8
utilising rotary tables.
AUTOMATIC PRESSING AND STAMPING
PROCESSING LINE
We utilise LAYER-ON up to 500 X 5 mm
with K/O control
We realized sophisticated toolings able to include in one operation only all that workings which were achieved with more steps.
We are equipped to work cutted metal plates and coils from 0 to 10 mm (iron, steel, aluminium, brass and copper) with presses up to 350 tons.
Moreover thanks to a cooperation of qualified companies in our area we can supply if necessary, finished items complete with welding, varnishing, galvanic treatment ecc.
