Who we are
In this business unit develops and produces FORSCHNER pre-finished precision turned parts and complex assemblies, ie including any necessary rework such as hardening, grinding, surface treatments ... In our plants Mahlstetten and Otrokovice (Czech Republic), we manufacture precision turned parts in the following diameter ranges: • on multi-spindle machines: ø ø 4mm to 35mm • on CNC machines: ø ø 8mm to 65mm • CNC chuck parts: ø 10mm to ø 200mm Collaborations with other turned parts manufacturers in the production network to guarantee a high degree of flexibility and offer the customer a wide range of precision turned parts from a single source. A broad-based machines from the rotation center to the multi-spindle machines makes our works in Mahlstetten and Otrokovice particularly flexible and powerful. A dedicated team is ready to process orders in a timely manner. The activities of our business area Electromechanical assemblies cover all aspects of the Assembly creation and production in this field: • Industrial Engineering • Manufacturing • Installation • Testing Typical products form among other magnet systems for ABS systems, alternators or viscous couplings.
