Who we are
Precision with experience. Manufacturing with a future. Since 1963, E. Volker GmbH has stood for precision turned parts, reliable manufacturing, and partnership-based collaboration. What began as Erwin Volker Automatic Turning Workshop has developed over decades into a modern manufacturing company with a powerful machine park. Today, we manufacture customer-specific precision and automatic turned parts for various industrial applications using over 40 machines, including around 35 CNC lathes and machining centers. We combine decades of manufacturing know-how with modern CNC technology and efficiently coordinated production processes. Our manufacturing range extends from bar machining from Ø 2 mm to Ø 65 mm as well as the machining of chuck parts and shafts up to Ø 250 mm. Materials processed include, among others, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, and technical plastics. From the inquiry to the finished component, reliable and economical implementation of customer requirements is our priority. We rely on short routes, technical competence, and manufacturing that flexibly adapts to the respective requirements.
