About EXA srl unipersonale
Who we are
Thanks to extrusion lines and cutting-edge dies, we make custom profiles based on customer specifications for any application or industry, transforming a wide range of materials including ABS, PA, PVC, PBT, PC, PMMA and many others. Thanks to flow simulation systems we design high-performance dies suitable for transforming any material. While our team of experienced testers guarantees the perfect tuning of the profiles in order to offer quality products on the market. Our company is an example of organizational efficiency: the production facility, the warehouse and the offices are integrated on an area of 10,000 m². The high productivity is guaranteed by 30 extruders and 20 extrusion lines working 24 hours a day that allow us to deliver the finished product quickly. Our catalogue includes a vast range of products: gaskets for shower enclosures such as drip seals, compensation profiles and magnetic gaskets for both glass and aluminum. Edge and threshold profiles, profiles for glass wall partitions and more.
