About Expertmoder IR SRL
Who we are
EXPERTMODER IR SRL is a company based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and it operates in the field of CNC precise machining. Our production capacity is ensured by a variety of advanced equipment dedicated to cover all kinds of requests: from unique parts to small, medium or large manufacturing batches. A CNC Vertical Machining Centre - HAAS VF3-SS and a CNC Turning Centre - HAAS ST-20Y have ensured by now the production of unique and small to medium series. However, due to constant increase of production volume, we enlarged our production capacity with a 3rd HAAS machine: a VF2 CNC Vertical Machining Center. As for the large manufacturing batches, our workshop holds a total number of 3 Biglia Turning Centres that are fully equipped with LNS Hydrobar Sprint bar feeders in order to ensure high productivity in a shorter time. The advanced technology embedded in these Italian lathes allows the production of large manufacturing series of highly precise products. In terms of quality control, the measurement control stage of our products is being carried out within our own workshop, as we dispose of a control board fully equipped with Mitutoyo measuring instruments.
