When it comes to precisely manufactured turned and milled parts made of metal or plastic, EZM-tec GmbH & Co. KG is your reliable partner. Especially when short delivery times and the highest quality are required, you benefit from our flexibility, experience and efficient production. We are a young and dynamic company with a dedicated team of eight employees. Our focus is on manufacturing high-quality machine components made of metal and plastic. To this end, we have modern manufacturing capacities and comprehensive expertise in metal and plastics processing. Through our in-house engineering, we support projects right from the development phase and support our customers in the design optimization, selection of materials and implementation of their components in line with manufacturing requirements. An overview of our services: • In-house engineering • CAD/CAM design and manufacturing support • CNC turned and milled parts made of metal and plastic (e.g. PE, PA, POM, PTFE) Rotate: • Ø 5 — 450 mm • Counterspindle/6-axis machining Milling: • 3-axis machining up to 700 × 500 mm • 1000 × 2000 mm at Z = 750 mm • 5-axis machining up to 1000 × 1200 mm at Z = 2600 mm • MAG/WIG/MIG welded assemblies • Rubber-metal compounds and PU (polyurethane) coatings Processing of: • Rubber (NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, CR) • plastics and polyurethane • silicone • cellular materials such as foam rubber and cellular rubber • Prototype production by arrangement For more information, see: EZM-tec GmbH & Co.
