Since we manufacture turned parts as individual parts and small series in smaller dimensions, milled parts as individual parts and small series, stamping parts in small and large series exceeding 16 tonnes, aluminum bases and enclosures for special machines, welding parts and welded assemblies, mainly for the medical industry in stainless steel, steel and aluminum. Our strengths lie among other mainly in the production of bending device, punching device, jig and the associated drive technology to complete special machine. We offer: Production of: - Welding (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) in particularly high precision. - Profile cutting work - Punching, including dies and bending mold in many variants. - Turning, milling, surface grinding (also CNC Machining) single and small series - Punching tools - Jig, manufacturing teachings of all kinds - Special device - Stands and Worktables of all kinds - Conveyor - Special machine - Other special parts on request - Glass bead blasting - Manufacture of vehicle parts for classic cars other additional work for the Order: - Development of special parts - CAD drawings - Preparation of operating instructions, spare parts catalog, Compliance and other required documents - Instruction and training of operating personnel Delivery
