Who we are
F.C.M. Tools | High-Precision Components & Metal Packaging Solutions Since 1962, F.C.M. Tools has been the strategic partner of excellence for world leaders in the field of metal packaging and high-precision mechanics. Our specialization is focused on niche technical solutions: we do not produce traditional tools for chip removal (such as cutters or propeller drills) nor complete machinery. We are dedicated exclusively to critical components and special high-performance equipment for sheet metal processing. Our areas of excellence: Metal Packaging & Cutting: Supply of parts for the cutting of crown caps and components for linear and circular shears. We are specialists in the design and manufacture of primary and secondary scroll molds for cutting tinplate and aluminum, developed to maximize material savings and the efficiency of production lines. Centerless Grinding: Production of precision support blades, available in linear, shaped or “curved” configurations, designed to guarantee maximum stability and thousandth surface finishes. Metallic Wire Processing: Realization to the customer's specification and design of anti-wear equipment and components dedicated to wire transformation and processing lines. With more than 60 years of experience, F.C.M. Tools guarantees large industrial groups consolidated know-how in the management of the highest performing materials, combining impeccable executive precision with solid design skills in cutting systems.
