FEG Metalltechnik GmbH – Your Partner for Demanding Welded Assemblies FEG Metalltechnik GmbH is a high-performance manufacturing and systems partner for complex welded assemblies and high-quality metal components. At our production site in Lippstadt, we combine over 25 years of manufacturing experience with state-of-the-art production technology, solid welding expertise, and a high standard of quality and reliability. On approximately 4,000 m² of production space, our qualified employees implement demanding solutions for customers from various industries. Our range of services covers the entire process chain – from 3D CAD design and process planning to laser and tube laser cutting, forming and bending, as well as robotic and manual welding and mechanical machining. Assembly, inspection, and logistics complete our offering. Surface treatments are organized through qualified partners as required. With three welding robot cells and flexible manufacturing capabilities, we combine efficient, reproducible processes with the necessary flexibility for different component variants and lot sizes. We manufacture functionally relevant assemblies and structures from structural steels such as S355, high-strength and wear-resistant materials such as Hardox, as well as stainless steel and aluminum. Our areas of application include construction, agricultural and commercial vehicle manufacturing, mechanical and plant engineering, as well as energy, conveying, and recycling technology. Our product range ranges from machine and vehicle frames to booms, oscillators, and attachments, up to generator frames and individual load-bearing structures. We support our customers in the development and design phase with manufacturability-oriented design and economic optimization of their components. Through continuous processes, coordinated fixture and clamping concepts, and precise machining of functional surfaces, we reduce interfaces, minimize rework, and create the prerequisites for efficient further processing and assembly. Our manufacturing meets the requirements of DIN EN 1090-2, Execution Class EXC2, as well as DIN EN ISO 3834-3 for welding quality requirements. At the heart of our daily work are reproducible quality, reliable delivery dates, and cooperative collaboration. This results in economical, precisely tailored, and ready-to-install solutions – from individual parts to small and medium series, up to complex serial assemblies.
