About FG Technik
Who we are
FG Technik specializes in the precise production of large aluminum components. Since its founding in 2008, the company has stood for the highest quality in single-part and prototype construction. We produce components with dimensions of up to 6,000 mm in length and 3,000 mm in width — all in a single assembly. This manufacturing method enables maximum precision, reduces tolerances and ensures economically efficient processes. Our customers come from the fields of mechanical engineering, special machine construction, automotive and plant engineering. We produce high-precision components for complex applications such as robotic systems, clock cells and interlinked production systems. A particular focus is on the processing of large-format and thin-walled components. By using vacuum clamping technology, we guarantee vibration-free processing and achieve excellent surface qualities even with demanding geometries. We produce components of all sizes — from the smallest components to large-format workpieces.
