Gradert Engineering is specialized in turning, milling, grinding and measuring of high-precision, custom-made machine parts as well as in their assembly to machine components including the production of rolling bodies with the necessary coatings for printing machines, film coating equipment, corrugated equipment, textile and paper machinery etc. The rolling production is carried out of different materials such as steel, aluminum, CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) and GRP (glass reinforced plastic), including their surface coating with plastic (polyamide 11), rubber, polyurethane, silicone, chromium, copper, nickel, ceramic, Teflon etc . Due to the high qualification of the staff and the use of advanced machining and measuring equipment Gradert engineering is able to ensure the highest quality standards in terms of surface quality and shape and dimensional accuracy of renowned customers in the international mechanical engineering. The company was founded in 1971 by Fritz Gradert is still an independent family business based in Schenefeld in Schleswig-Holstein, about 50 km away from Hamburg. Today at this location are nearly 200 employees who make precision work on over 10,000 m² of production space.
