Who we are
For more than 34 years we have been manufacturing with an innovative team of 54 employees at our company headquarters in Zimmern ob Rottweil - guide rails - sealing profiles - insulating profiles - Other plastic profiles for different areas of the industry. Our customers include companies from the furniture industry, manufacturers of shower cabins, the electrical industry, refrigerated counter construction, and caravan and trailer manufacturers - to name just a few sectors. We specialize in the production of profiles with complex cross-sections up to 120 mm x 60 mm in quantities from 2,500 to 2 million linear meters from all common plastics such as PVC, ABS, PC/ABS, HDPE, LDPE, PP - especially also in glass fiber reinforced versions. We have our own tool shop and manufacture with 13 identical extrusion lines that have integrated sawing, punching and cutting units. For product-specific manufacturing processes, we also offer the coextrusion process. By means of this process, we can combine plastic melts of the same or different types in the die to form a profile. The further processing of the profiles manufactured by us can also be carried out in-house by means of CNC 5-axis milling, bending, punching as well as angular and mitre sawing, which also includes assembly and packaging.
