Who we are
The FLAMMMOTEC GmbH & Co. KG was founded (formerly STAN DRAWING, since 1954) 1993. We manufacture in the works of Berlin and Nauen stamped and drawn parts, primarily for the automotive, white goods and electronics industries, primarily in the United series. Other strengths lie in the field of manufacturing of components. We specialize in die-castings of medium size to large stampings (pressing force of up to 16,000 kN). Our stamping presses and transfer presses have table sizes up to 5200 x 2300 mm. The manufactured parts have up to 13 kg in weight and up to 1 m². In addition, welded assemblies are produced on a modern 6-axis welding robots (1 m³ action space, part weight up to 1000 kg) and spot welding machines. Production Our parts range covers all types of forged parts in all grades of material from small parts up to parts of approximately 1 m². For years we have specialized in the field of deformation of aluminum and stainless steel sheets (also in sandwich construction). In our pressing plant single, progressive or transfer dies are used up to a weight of 25 t. There are automatic punching machine with a printing speed 1000-16000 kN and a table size of up to 5200 x 2300 mm. There are additional single presses with a pressure capacity up to 6300 kN in use. For the production of sandwich parts (especially shielding plates made of stainless steel) is a 8000-kN large-scale press. On our punching machines are used to coil up to a width of 1200 mm and a plate thickness up to 5 mm, depending on the section that process. We are predestined for assemblies, ie. For the implementation of welded structures with six-axis welding robots and automatic joining of nuts and bolts In order to achieve an optimization of the work, we have assembly, placement and spot welding machines in use. By working closely with our partners, we are able to also surface coatings and galvanizing on grafts from powder coatings to cathodic dip coating offer. Logistics As a supplier with world-resident customers, we measure the Logistics Management utmost importance. As requested, we deliver just in time and place value on adherence to your requirements in terms of delivery quantity and packaging. Here we support a modern, always with the latest requirements customized IT technology. Our logistics department handles your incoming EDI, Internet or fax calls immediately and ensures that production, storage and shipping can implement your requirements promptly and respond to your needs. We work together on request as specified by you or by us carriers commissioned reliable partners and respond quickly and flexibly when difficulties arise. Toolmaking Our tool guarantees us a high degree of flexibility for changes and remakes of assemblies to customer specifications. It is an important partner of our pressing plant because downtime is minimized through him. Through close contact with our production, the tools are optimized in the short term. Preventive servicing and maintenance are an important prerequisite for safe production. 20 toolmaker / maintenance have three layers in use.
