Who we are
We are a company that produces steel and aluminum molds for plastic injection and zama processing for the industrial cleaning, plastic packaging, furniture, household appliances, motorcycles, bicycles, automotive and alternative mobility, footwear and sports accessories, medical, catering, and agricultural machinery sectors. We have been present in the sector for more than 15 years but with thirty years of experience as we were born from the merger of 2 leading companies in the design and production of molds. Our technical office is made up of about ten designers, product developers, Cam operators with high skills, supported by constantly updated Cad and Cam software. Thanks to the expertise of our designers, we support our customers in product development with a 360° vision. From the initial concept phase to the final realization, we guarantee a complete and personalized approach, with particular attention to design, functionality, innovation and sustainability.FMB is also equipped with an optical scanning machine for quick digitization that can replicate the profile of any object in a 3D file. We guarantee maximum confidentiality and seriousness towards the customer, with the signing of confidentiality agreements, speed of reaction and strict punctuality in deliveries and finally the possibility of giving turnkey solutions, starting from your idea up to the molding of the finished piece, thanks to agreements with printers of proven specialization. Since July 2022 we have implemented our machine department with 2 new high-performance machining centers, which give us the opportunity to work medium/large molds with maximum dimensions 2000 * 2500mm. This with a view to continuous improvement and efficiency in terms of quality and costs.
