Who we are

The main activity of our company is the production of injection molds. From design to manufacturing the first sample parts everything is planned by us, manufactured and tested. We also do any repair maintenance and modification work on the tools! From design to manufacturing everything is planned, manufactured and tested by us. This can be from a simple on-off tool to tools with complex functions to be. So may be included in the tool, for example, mechanical or hydraulic slide, Schrägauswerfer, Ausschraubkerne or pneumatic movements. In the area of 2K Injection (2 components), we have collected a lot of experience in recent years. Such tools can we sampled on our 2-K machine and check for the desired function out so as to provide the complete finished injection molding tool. In the field of stamping, bending or deep drawing technology we have realized a number of projects for our clients in recent years. These are normal punching tools with a station to progressive tools with multiple stations. Scope of our tools made of parts: * In the automotive and motorcycle * Machine and jig construction * In sanitary facilities * In the construction industry * With household items * For measuring and testing instruments * In Sporting Goods * In the packaging industry * And in many other areas Service Nowadays, the variety of tool steels such as 1.2343, 1.2767, 1.2379, 1.2083, 12738, 1.2311, 1.2842, etc., and are welded aluminum, Erodierkupfer, copper alloys, various bronzes, Ampco alloys or stainless steel. Thanks to a long-standing collaboration with a partner company (which specializes in laser welding and laser cladding on), we can offer a repair service in this area. This can easily be done in no time and repairs received or changes to hardened inserts, cutting punches, matrices or other moldings or cutting elements. Contract work Whether small series or individual pieces, we will do a variety of work on our CNC machines. Materials such as plastic, aluminum, brass, Stainless steel and various steel grades we have in stock, or obtain them via our reliable suppliers within a very short time. Even smaller series of punching and bending parts are manufactured on customer request.
