Who we are
Spark-erosive metal machining for plastic and metal processing industry. Tooling for smaller punch tools, Hole EDM, sinker EDM path-controlled, special tooling. Contract manufacturing with high precision and on time. Our philosophy is to carry out orders placed by our customers on time and with high quality. We are not afraid to try new approaches and traditional processing methods to verbinden.Auch short periods orders, we are positive about. We accept all erodiertechnischen work on stamping and molding tools for you. Requests are always möglich.Technische details are discussed in detail. Tolerance zones and kerf, and surface requirements and processing Bund are no foreign words, but practice for us. About requests we are happy and secure a prompt response to. Materials: We work for you all erodible materials: cemented carbides, steel, copper, aluminum, titanium, brass, cast iron, special metals and special materials With the surface finish: for steel: Ra = 0.2μm for carbide: Ra <0.2μm CAD / CAM The programmatic work takes place on powerful computers. We use the Camtek software "oomph" in the current version. Possible data exchange formats for further processing are: dxf, iges, dwg - others on request
