Water jet cutting in Baden-Württemberg Fast. Precise. Cone free. Precise means in this case that we achieve accuracies of 0.02 mm. Our facility is equipped with a swivel head and a cutting angle control for automatic compensation of the jet cone. Only with a cone balancing precise cutting especially thicker components without angular error is really possible with waterjet. Depending on the type, thickness and contour of the workpiece to be machined, prototypes and production parts, we can up to 20 times faster and up to fifty percent more cost-effective precision parts supply for the machine, fixture and tool than with conventional techniques.
