Who we are
Our production is divided into the areas of tool making, plastic molding, stamping and assembly. Toolmaking In the field of tool we provide plastic injection tools forth for various requirements, such as slide tools, baking tools, tools with core pulls or collapsible cores, hot runner molds, and of course aluminum tools. Stamping Technology In the field of stamping technology, we manufacture cutting and bending tools such as inserts for plastic injection moldings, contact springs for connecting elements of the electrical or plastic films as flexible connections. In addition, we manufacture the needed in the assembly jigs and assembly aids. CNC and EDM sinking Our performance in computer-integrated manufacturing puts us also in a position to offer CNC milling and die-sinking EDM in wage labor. Plastic molding The color matching and series production, we can perform in our own plastic injection molding reliable because we can draw on many years of accumulated experience in these sectors. Assembly Our wide range of products is installed in the assembly to complete assemblies such as plug, consisting of shielded housing half-shells with soldered board and strain relief for cable to beating.
