Who we are
Mold making Diemer Particle foam tools, deep-drawing tools, fiber casting tools, contract machining We mainly produce tools for particle foam processing, e.g. for EPP, EPS, Piocelan, eTPU. Other mainstays of our company are the manufacture of deep-drawing, fiber-casting and pressing tools of various designs. We offer contract machining on our CNC milling machines. In the 3-axis area, our machining areas are up to 2200x1150x700 mm and in the 5-axis area we can machine up to an interference circle diameter of 950mm. All processing is possible fully simultaneously. Thanks to our experienced team, we can guarantee the highest quality with fast delivery times and an affordable price. We offer you the entire range of services from CAD design to machining, surface processing such as lasering, etching or teflon coating, the assembly of your tools, changes and repairs to existing and third-party tools, as well as personal on-site support.
