GEK GmbH & Co. KG is a company that specializes in the construction of tools and in the area of plastic injection molding. With many years of experience and expertise, we offer tailor-made solutions for our customers, ensuring high quality and precision in the production of tools and plastic parts. We have an extensive range of machines in toolmaking and injection molding. - 2D/3D construction - Filling simulations/ delay calculations - Measurements on our 3 coordinate measuring machines - Processing of all thermoplastics (except PVC) and a wide range of elastomers - 1K injection molding machines (cavities up to 64-fold, shelf tool, family tool) - 2K injection molding machines (servo-driven index plates, turntables, folding) - physical thermoplastic foaming (MuCell®) - Overmolding of inserts - Assembly of components (gluing, printing, coating, laser marking, etc.) are also part of our extensive portfolio.
