Who we are
In 1960, the Gemeinnützige Werkstätten Oldenburg e.V., which is a member of the diaconic organization today, was founded as an independent organization. The workshops for people with disabilities recognized by the Federal Employment Agency cover a vocational training, working and support area with a total of around 700 places as well as a differentiated housing offer. All measures are oriented towards the actual needs and abilities of the individual. "As much help as necessary, as little as possible" is our motto. With a modern machine park, powerful production capacities and flexible production structures, we offer versatile craft and industrial manufacturing services as well as professional services for various industries. In doing so, we take on individual orders as well as small series and serial production for numerous customers and partner companies throughout Germany. Our customers particularly value reliability, on-time delivery, flexible production options and a trusting collaboration. To ensure high quality standards, we work according to ISO 9001. You can offset 50% of the labor costs we invoice against the compensation levy you may have to pay. Machining CNC turning with bar loader magazine, powered tooling and tailstock CNC turning as a single part up to max. 250 mm diameter CNC milling on Mazak, DMG and Haas - processes with 4th axis Sawing up to 320 mm diameter Non-machining forming Punching with hydraulic and eccentric presses from 3 t to 120 t, unlimited series quantities Impact shear and bending press up to 3000mm length and 6mm thickness in steel or 4mm thickness in stainless steel Joining techniques Welding with various welding processes, both by hand, as well as on machines and by welding robot Soldering, gluing, riveting, screwing Plastic injection molding with two machines from the company Engel
