Who we are
Our company was founded 40 years ago, founded in 1967 by Gerhard Debus. We started with 5 employees and the production of basement windows. Gradually changing the products and the company has grown steadily, so that we now employ in the fields of metal forming technology and equipment, approximately 50 employees. Numerous extensions we currently have the following production facilities: * 12 deep drawing presses up to 900 tons * 5 edge processing machines, punching and press brakes * 1 spinning lathe * 1 Trumatic punching Nippler and several panel and circular shears * 1 Brennschneidanlage * Welding robot GMF and circular shears Forming In metal forming, custom, tool-specific sheet metal parts are pressed, stamped, cold formed, deep-drawn, bent and welded. We mainly steel grades in grade S235 JRG 2, DD11 - 13, DC 01, P265 GH to 10 mm thickness, as well as all common types of stainless steel 14301, 1.4404, 1.4571 to 6 mm thickness. Our products find application in the fields of mechanical engineering, eg in Agriculture, Construction, control engineering, food industry, electrical industry and crane construction, especially we are in the production of container flooring for the apparatus and container, as well as specialized heating. Device technology We have over 25 years experience in establishing systems for the food industry. Starting with butchery and catering equipment from aluminum and stainless steel, we have continuously developed for all lines of furniture, equipment and engineering. Today we supply butchers, hotel and catering, self-service stores and catering companies, laboratories, clinics and special facilities for pathologies. For our customers, we are always dynamically, friendly, flexible, reliable, fast and inexpensive.
