Who we are
GERO GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run company based in Bubsheim, Baden-Württemberg, which specializes in the production of high-precision turned parts and system components. Since its founding in 1979, GERO has been supplying customers from various industries, including automotive, medical technology, electronics, aerospace and mechanical engineering. Our service portfolio: Precision turned parts: Manufacture of components in a diameter range of 4 to 65 mm using the latest CNC single-spindle and multi-spindle machines. Surface treatment: Offering various processes such as electroplating, anodizing, hardening, sandblasting and ECM deburring to finish the products. Grinding technologies: Use of grooving, continuous, centerless and vibratory grinding as well as superfinishing for the highest surface qualities. Assembly: Automated assembly processes for the efficient combination of system components. Quality management: Certified in accordance with IATF 16949 and DIN EN ISO 9001, with a focus on continuous process improvement Corporate philosophy: GERO places great value on quality, precision and innovation. As a management-led family business, GERO stands for long-term partnerships, individual customer service and strong regional ties. With over 220 employees and a modern machine park of over 75 machines, GERO is a reliable partner for demanding manufacturing tasks.
