Who we are
In the year 2000 the company GILLES was founded to combine the passion for racing with technical knowledge and experience. This ended in the development and production of the first multivariable rearset, the AS31GT. At the same time this rearset kick-started a dynamic company which today sells its wide product range worldwide. Today GILLES is proud of being an original parts manufacturer for BMW Motorrad, Yamaha, KTM AG and Suzuki as well as having many more satisfied customers around the world. We are certified in accordance with ISO 9001. Also we are certified supplier for BMW Motorrad. This combined with using only the best raw materials (aircraftalloy, carbon and titanium), innovative work and the unique design, we offer matchless products. Design, construction and simulation with CAD SOLIDWORKS are handled by a team of 7 employees. An ultimate load test rig and a 3-D printer are available to our engineers. Our in-house production has a variaty of CNC machines and CNC machining centres. Several of those are robot controlled and some are using a pallet system for the workpiece handling. Three laser workstations are used for doing all the laser engravings.
