The Glaetzer GmbH works with CNC machining center of the latest generation for well-known clients in the automotive industry and its suppliers farms. The company specializes in large series, the ideal lot size 10000-150000 parts by year. We work on forgings and castings for the automotive industry, where we specialize in complex geometries and larger dimensions of the parts. Our expertise we have developed specifically in the areas of Spannvorichtungen and cutting tools.We have the cutting tool manufacturers-sectional data analyzed by long-term testing and developed inserts that are tailored specifically to the operation. In the last five years, a new CNC machining center was purchased with changing tables annually, each was specified according to our specifications. Räumtechnik From the beginning of the rooms belongs to the range of Glaetzer. We have broaching machines with up to 1,000 mm stroke at a maximum tensile force of 10 tons. It can be assigned up to 4 per broaching machine. The broaching process is characterized partly by a high dimensional accuracy of the workpiece and simultaneously excellent service life of the tool. We offer dezidiertes specialized knowledge in the field of broaching tools, sharpening and of course the broaching process itself. Here we make use of the expertise of the sister operation Meyer + Dörner GmbH, whose sole business is the manufacture, service and the trade with broaches. Systems engineering ... We offer in the field of systems engineering About the machining of blanks, the completion and assembly of components or additional process steps such as Turn Welding Turn Surface treatment, or in combination with other materials, also from the NE area. We seek deliberately to exacting parts so that ideally the competence of tool can also be integrated from the sister company Knieps.
