The Company
The experience of over 80 years and the high quality standard of our products make us an efficient supplier for a variety of areas.
We are certified to DIN-EN-ISO 9000.
Through our new building in 1989 optimum working conditions for 50 staff members were created.
The large production areas provide appropriate space for the operation of the machines and in-house transport.
The company building sets architectural standards in the industrial area of Rechberghausen.
An ingenious roof structure with a shed glazing ensures uniform illumination. Embedded in the Sheds is an extremely effective heating and ventilation system.
Production
Our stampings are used in many industries a byword for quality and reliability. Today w8ir produce modern stamping machine series parts mainly for the automotive industry, textile machinery, electrical and precision engineering, as well as for the household appliance industry.
Of course, part of a successful operation more than a good production.
Thoughtful planning and technical know-how form the foundation of our company.
Toolmaking
The tooling in our company is of particular importance. With modern machinery and skilled toolmakers, we can react quickly to customer demands and changes.
An optimal tool design, ongoing monitoring tool - repair and release testing before the trial started, the conditions for optimal fulfillment of customer receivables.
Large-scale production
The production chipless forming (stamping) is the focus of our company.
SEITZ stampings are used in many industries a byword for quality and reliability.
Today, we produce advanced punching machines series parts mainly for the automotive industry, the machine tool and textile machinery, electrical and precision engineering as well as for the household appliance industry.

Small and medium batch production
A majority of our customers needs medium batch sizes. In order to manufacture these products economically and flexibly, we manufacture these parts in various stages of operation on universal tools. This tool costs are reduced to a minimum.
Difficult drawn parts are manufactured in several operations on single-cavity molds.
At Hydraulic Presses Plate Pendant different kinds are marked. Universal bending Dancing allow folding in almost all degrees.
Quality assurance
Building on the insight that only makes a consistent quality of our products long term existence in the market possible, we have in our home a quality assurance system according to DIN-EN-ISO 9000 and the guidelines VDA 6 of the automotive industry established.
Components of our QA system are: Modern quality control methods such as: analysis potentioneller errors and consequences (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), capability studies, resources monitoring ...
Qualified employees, and the implementation of knowledge from the teaching quality, guarantee a consistent quality to our customers.
Already during the manufacturing process ensures the quality of the products with the help of self test and SPC. From the Department QS implementation of these measures will be monitored and documented. The static analysis provides decision support for further quality assurance measures.
